Production capacity
The fine aluminum powder production line with an annual output of 5,000t
is the largest and most technologically advanced in China producing products
meeting the international advanced level of technology which particle size
range can be adjusted from 0 um to 45 um at will.
“Three high” characteristics compared with the same industry:
1. High precise classification: Classification accuracy ± 1um, can isolate
various sizes at one time, particle size can be controlled between 0 um
to 45 um at will.
2. High product quality: The entire production process is conducted in the
closed state automatically which ensures the safety of the production and
improves sphericity and aluminum content and other performances.
3. High fine powder yield: Use supersonic atomizer with rational structure
which can produce various products with median diameter D 50 from 0 um to
45 um, yield of D50 ≤ 17 um of more than 90%.
The company's products are of Chinese military standards GJB1738-93 (Ultra-fine
aluminum powder norms), the United States National Military Medical standards
of MIL-A-23950A (AS), China's national GB2082-89 (industrial aluminum),
GB2085-89 (flammable aluminum powder) of the brands and specifications.
Using international testing technology of laser particle size and gravity
settling analysis, the company can provide detection reports using different
methods according to users’ requirements.

| 1. Ultra-fine aluminum powder uses paper,
plastic and metal as external packaging materials, plastic bag as internal
lining. The external packaging is sealed after internal plastic bag. |
| 2. The plastic bag should have solid thermal
synthesis, no mechanical damage, empty or dirt, using polyethylene membrane,
with physical properties meeting GB4456 standard. |
