To cultivate a strong atmosphere of "everyone attaches importance to quality" and further enhance employees' quality awareness and spread quality culture, on the afternoon of September 29, Yuan Yang Technology Company held a quality knowledge competition. 50 company leaders and employees participated in this event.
This quality knowledge competition was divided into several stages, including "Showing Initial Prowess", "Decisive Action", "Teamwork", and "Audience Q&A". The competition content covered various aspects, including quality management system knowledge, aluminum powder detection-related knowledge, production technology requirements, and product applications.
During the competition, the six participating teams performed excellently, and the atmosphere was tense and exciting. The solid quality knowledge and smooth teamwork of each contestant were fully demonstrated. Scores rose alternately, creating a series of climaxes and earning rounds of applause. An audience Q&A interactive session was also set up during the competition, with the audience actively vying to answer questions.
After fierce competition, Team 1 of Production Control won first prize, the Customer Service, Safety, and Environmental Protection Comprehensive Team won second prize, and the Technology and Quality Team won third prize. An award ceremony was held at the event, with company executives presenting trophies and prizes to the winning teams, pushing the event to a climax.
Vice General Manager Ma Xinhua affirmed the role of the competition in promoting learning through competition. He emphasized that we should take this quality knowledge competition and the series of activities during Quality Month as an opportunity to further establish a strong awareness of quality first, continue to carry out quality improvement actions, consolidate the foundation of quality technology, cultivate the spirit of great craftsmen, ensure that everyone attaches importance to, pursues, and guarantees quality, further build a high-quality Yuan Yang, and write a new chapter in Yuan Yang's development.
