In response to the theme of "Returning to the Origin of Quality, Focusing on Quality Improvement, and Promoting High-Quality Development" put forward by the national Quality Month activities in 2019, and in line with the company's vision and goals, to further enhance employees' awareness of quality, risk, and responsibility, to provide customers with high-quality products and services, and to continuously enhance the company's market competitiveness, on the morning of August 30, Yuan Yang Technology Company held the 2019 "Quality Month" activity launch ceremony.

Our company successfully passed the annual audit of the "three systems".

From June 4th to June 6th, experts from the China Quality Certification Center audit team conducted a thorough and comprehensive audit of all departments of our company according to the requirements of the "quality, environment, and occupational health and safety" three systems and ISO international standards, examining every link in the workflow. During the audit, the certification experts fully affirmed the outstanding work of various departments in their workflows and provided constructive suggestions for areas needing improvement. Finally, the expert group unanimously determined that our company's "quality, environment, and occupational health and safety" three systems meet the audit requirements and operate effectively. The audit was successfully passed, further demonstrating the sustained effectiveness of the relevant management activities in our aluminum powder production process.

Our company's 2019 quality knowledge contest has come to a successful conclusion.

To cultivate a strong atmosphere of "everyone attaches importance to quality", further enhance employees' quality awareness, and spread quality culture, on the afternoon of September 29, Yuan Yang Technology Company held a quality knowledge competition. 50 company leaders and employees participated in this event.

On August 15, our company held a 2019 Annual Employee Children's Academic Achievement Award Ceremony. Middle and high-level management personnel of the company, the children of the aided employees, and employees from various departments attended the ceremony. Deputy General Manager Zhang Lili read out the "2019 Annual Employee Children's Academic Achievement Award Decision" and presented 2,000 yuan in scholarships to each of the seven children of employees who achieved academic excellence. My company has been carrying out solid flood prevention work.

To earnestly implement flood prevention work and ensure safe flood control, before the flood season, the company's safety and environmental protection department purchased 15 tons of flood prevention sand, more than 1200 flood prevention sandbags and tools and equipment according to the company's actual situation. On June 12 and 13, personnel from various departments of the company cooperated with the safety and environmental protection department to complete the filling of 15 tons of flood prevention sand. Currently, all the company's flood prevention materials are in place.

Our company branch committee's term election was successfully completed.

On the afternoon of September 20, the branch committee of the CPC Henan Yuanyang Powder Technology Co., Ltd. held a meeting for the election of a new committee and a mobilization meeting themed "Remembering our original aspiration and fulfilling our mission". The company branch committee has 10 registered members, 8 of whom attended the meeting and had the right to vote and be voted for, meeting the requirements of the Party Constitution. The meeting first listened to and deliberated on the work report delivered by the previous Party branch committee to the meeting; deliberated and passed the election method, candidates for the branch committee, and resolutions on the work report. The meeting used a secret ballot to conduct a supplementary election, electing a new branch committee. Comrade Ma Shejun, the secretary, deployed and planned the relevant work of the branch committee and made requirements for the members of the new branch committee.
