To foster a strong atmosphere of "everyone valuing quality" and further enhance employee quality awareness and quality culture, Yuanyang Technology Company held a quality knowledge competition on the afternoon of September 26th. 30 company leaders and employees participated in this event. This quality knowledge competition was divided into several stages: "Showing Initial Prowess", "Quick Decision-Making", "Teamwork", and "Audience Q&A". The competition content covered various aspects, including quality management system knowledge, aluminum powder testing-related knowledge, production technical requirements, and product applications.
During the competition, the six participating teams performed excellently, and the atmosphere was intense and exciting. The participants demonstrated their solid quality knowledge and excellent teamwork. Scores rose alternately, creating a series of climaxes and earning applause from the audience. An audience Q&A session was also held during the competition, with the audience actively participating.
After intense competition, the Financial Management team won first prize, the Customer Service and Safety and Environmental Protection Comprehensive team won second prize, and the Technology and Quality team won third prize. An awards ceremony was held on-site, with company executives presenting trophies and prizes to the winning teams, bringing the event to a climax.
Vice General Manager Ma Xinhua affirmed the role of the competition in promoting learning. He emphasized that, taking this quality knowledge competition and the Quality Month series of activities as an opportunity, we should further establish a strong awareness of quality as the top priority, continue to carry out quality improvement actions, strengthen the foundation of quality technology, cultivate the spirit of great craftsmen, ensure that everyone values, pursues, and guarantees quality, further build a high-quality Yuanyang, and write a new chapter in Yuanyang's development.
